Shipping & Returns International orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase (Korean Standard Time). Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact HERMA Client Service. Cancellations requested after shipment has been processed will be subject to return shipping costs for both outbound and inbound delivery.
All returns and exchanges must be arranged through our designated courier service. HERMA cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized delivery methods.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
We recommend confirming any applicable import policies with your local customs authority before placing an order. If a shipment is refused or remains unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges, the item may be returned or discarded without refund eligibility.
Exchanges & Refunds If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Once the original item has been received and reviewed, a replacement will be sent or a refund issued within three business days.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, accompanied by the receipt, packaging, and all included components and accessories.
Exchanges and refunds cannot be accepted if the request is made more than seven days after delivery, if components or packaging are missing or damaged, if the item shows visible signs of wear or customer-inflicted damage, if the product is no longer in a condition suitable for resale, or if the item was marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Care Instructions HERMA products are crafted from natural leather and fine textiles. Over time, softening, creasing, or slight tonal changes may occur. These are not defects but inherent characteristics of quality materials as they age.
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your item, avoid direct contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. Keep the product away from sunlight, humidity, and heat. Do not use polishes, waterproofing sprays, or harsh detergents. When needed, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid overfilling, as this may alter the item’s original silhouette. When not in use, store the product in its dust bag. For items with magnetic closures, avoid placing near magnetic stripes or credit cards.
Warranty If a manufacturing defect is identified within six months of purchase, HERMA offers complimentary repair service. If repair is not possible, an exchange or refund will be arranged at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear. Staining, discoloration, or tearing of leather or fabric due to external conditions is not eligible for repair.
