Warranty

If a manufacturing defect is identified within six months of purchase, HERMA offers complimentary repair service. If repair is not possible, an exchange or refund will be arranged at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear. Staining, discoloration, or tearing of leather or fabric due to external conditions is not eligible for repair.
