International orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase (Korean Standard Time). Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact HERMA Client Service. Cancellations requested after shipment has been processed will be subject to return shipping costs for both outbound and inbound delivery.
All returns and exchanges must be arranged through our designated courier service. HERMA cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized delivery methods.
